Monday, April 25, 2011. Saturday April 9, 2011. One of the greatest days ever! Today was the official graduation and my personal commencement. We had to get up early and lineup 1 hour before the graduation started. I was lucky enough to sit by Micah so I was not bored. Graduation was great. We walked into the new BYU-Idaho center (super huge). The guest speaker was Elder Snow from the Presidency of the 70. I loved the talks but was super tired. It was hard to stay awake. We walked around most of the greenbelt and had a great time. Because the ducks in Idaho Falls were too picky we went to the nature park in Rexburg and had a great time. After we woke up and got ready they all went on campus to look around while I did some stuff for my new job. I also turned in my 2 weeks’ notice to Melaleuca. I have worked there for almost 5 years. One thing that Jenn and I really like to do during the summer is to go up the her grandparents cabin in Lava Hot Springs. There is this terrific pond a few miles away that is perfect for canoeing, for fishing, for floating on inner tubes, and for just plain swimming in. It's actually my favorite place to swim.
