(Has no dairy products in the cake, just in the frosting). 3 cups all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking soda. 1-1/8 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 2/3 cup canola oil. 2 tablespoons white vinegar. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/2 cup butter, softenend. 8 ounces cream cheese. 4 cups confectioners' sugar. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.

Friday, November 14, 2008. Marcus is a very expensive store, they sell an $8.00 t-shirt for $50.00. A lady was having lunch and she wanted the cookie recipe. They told her it was "two-fifty" and she said to add it to her tab. When she got her credit card statement later that month, she found out that they charged her $250.00 for the recipe. They wouldn't give her money back, so she has forwarded on this recipe. So everyone now gets. Marcus cookies for FREE! MARCUS COOKIES (Recipe may be halved).

I got home and lost all motivation. It was raining which probably didn't help. I'm going to tonight. I need to do something. If I started seeing results, then I would try a little harder, but it's not that easy. Travis is still looking for a job. There's not alot. We'll just have to deal with it as it comes. Is it 5 yet?

Monday, August 31, 2009. We had a good weekend! Travis got a job on Friday. Finally! He's still a diesel mechanic and it's for Allen Freight. He'll be working the day shift which is the same as me. He'll get $15.20 an hour plus all the over time he wants. And it's about 10 miles from the house. He's so happy. So we went out to dinner to celebrate! Saturday we ran some errands and hung out. I have an appointment at the clinic on Monday to do some bloodwork to try and figure out where I am in my cycle.
