On the Road to Fitness. I am a Mom and More. Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Project 35: Day 2. I hate meetings. It is probably your worst enemy when you're trying to lose weight. First, people do nothing but talk and you sit around for hours listening to repetitive discussions when those 2-3 hours could have been spent sweating it out in the gym. Second, meetings are long and people get bored. and hungry! So, yeah, I've been a little bad today. As you would see in my food journal:. 1 tall glass of buko juice.
