Maybe I was just busy. I am always on the go. I love winter , but it was a long winter and time for travel to some place warm. When they say it's not about the destination but the journey.they might be far off. Snowstorms and airlines do not make for speedy travel. I hiked, splashed, and laughed the entire time.

It was basically a weekend of celebrity the awesome trails our town has to offer. You can hike them, bike them, ride them, run them, or race them. Race them in many ways. Pretty awesome. No lift line. Ironman Athlete Triathlon Coach Mom. Monday, July 20, 2015. Post Ranch Inn to Marriott Wardman Park. reality set's in. Post Vineman John and I spent 2 glorious nights at Post Ranch. Inn in Big Sur. All I can say is it was stunningly beautiful, relaxing and amazing. We rolled in around 6pm and immediately were offered wine or champagne and I said yes. Attendant says to both, yes. Another long day in the car AND post race, yes. Amazing inside and out. My kind of tree house. Our Tuesday was so productive.

My tales of training, working and enjoying life! Saturday, February 12, 2011. Not only did I have a fantastic ride today; I learned a lot! My bluetooth charger can double as a Garmin charger to be used driving to the ride start! There is a lot of roadkill on the road these days. Running into friends you haven't seen forever and getting to catch up while riding is awesome! Sometimes your heartrate won't go up when you want, but will go up when you are trying to keep it low. Chamios cream really does work.
