Blueberry Pumpkin Bread(or muffins). 1/2 Cup Sour Cream. 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla. 1 teaspoon Baking Soda. 1 1/2 Cups Blueberries. 1 Preheat oven to 325, grease muffin pans or mini bread loaf pans. 2 In large bowl combine sugar and oil, beat well. Add pumpkin, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs, blend well. 4 Fold in the blueberries, do not over mix.
