Saturday, July 17, 2010. Rachel and I had a fabulous time at camp this year. It was her second time, but my first! We were in bed late each night and up early for breakfast each morning! I had a couple of knocks on my door the first night. One was so I could unplug a noisy refridgerator and the other was to talk to a girl who couldn't sleep. We left on Saturday and drove about 4 hours to our hotel in Jacksonville, FL. Woke up on Sunday and headed to Port Canaveral where we saw our ship for the first time. We started out watching the "Doggies of the Wild West" show. It was okay. The dogs were super cute, but the jokes and the tricks were sorta lame. Saturday, August 29, 2009. Well, when it rains, it pours. About 2 weeks ago I was just lying on the floor visiting with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law when I suddenly felt VERY COLD! My sister, Katie, will be in town the middle of next week. Lucky for her she is staying at a hotel. Saturday, March 13, 2010. Well, since Rubbermaid was blessed with a good year, they blessed Ken with a bonus! So, now we are the proud owners of a Wii! Monday, May 10, 2010. Mother's Day weekend started out very peaceful. On Saturday morning, Ken and the kids got up and left me alone in a quiet house to sleep in. He took them to the park, to Walgreens to get "silly bands" and to Dunkin Donuts. They brought me home donuts! Rachel picked out a coffee tumbler for me from Starbucks. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Posted by The Hull Family. Had a great time with my sister, her two boys, and her daughter Carly last week. The boys were able to join us for VBS two evenings. We spent one day at Discovery Place Kids, one at the park, and another at Nana and Papa's pool. We celebrated my sister's birthday and also Carly's first birthday. Monday, June 06, 2011. So, what's Huntington Green? Huntington Green is a low-income trailer park located only minutes away from our house. There are many Mexican families there and it has been a wonderful opportunity for me to practice my Spanish! I am already in the process of lesson planning and gathering supplies. I hope to have 7 children (and Jeremiah, too) in my class. Our classroom as of now will be under a tree in the park! It has been a great learning experience! Posted by The Hull Family.
