Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Zoe, 3 months. We lost a very important woman in our lives last week. My Grandma Lillian, whom Zoe Lillian is named after, passed away after 91 wonderful, love filled years on this earth. We are going to miss her more than words can express, but we know she is in a much warmer and happier place with Grandpa. Thankfully because of FaceTime Zoe had met her a couple of times before her and I made the trip back to MN to say goodbye. Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Zoe, 3 months.

So far the highlight of the summer has been a two week long visit from my nieces (my brother and sister in law came, too) and an entire week at the cabin! Photos soon from that trip. but for now. our purchase of the day - a kiddie pool! It's a little small, but it's a nice way to cool off on a hot July day! You go first. no, you go first.

Tracy had the St. Anthony girls (and families) over for a pizza dinner early in the week, I got to see some teacher friends for lunch at Panera, had a movie afternoon and dinner with Jess, Jess and Sarah, met Tom for lunch in Uptown, and rang in the new year at home with some of Tom's friends and a huge pot of homemade pheasant wild rice soup last night. Huck likes to keep me company while I work. He also helps me keep up on my magazine reading :).
