So i have a big exam for macro economics tomorrow so ive been studying all day like a caged little puppy dog so it felt wonderous to get out of the house and into the box and it was a big day indeed. As many rounds in 10 min:. 15 Knees to elbows. PS for all of you that read this beware of Jill, she recently started stalking me on a daily basis so be sure to keep your eyes and ears open to what shes up to. Shes very very sneaky. Saturday, August 23, 2008. Every time your knees hit the ground run 400m. So i had to run 4times, and the work out took 13mins 39secs. Push up sets were 40,30,30,25, 25. 6 - DL-Row - H power clean - F squat - P press - B squat - P jerk. Nothing to really say but had fun doing this one, numbers were. 75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs, 105lbs. 115lbs. 50-ab mat weighted situps 25lb DB held behind the neck feet anchored. 50-ab mat weighted situps 25lb DB held behind the neck feet. Weighted Pullups10-10-10 ( 35lbs ).

Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Row 500m @ easy pace. Back squat5-5-5-5-5 loading 80% 1rm or more. DB split power snatch 40/30lb. Did my first set of BSquats at 185, then did the next 3 @ 205lbs which is about 84% of my 1RM and the last set I went back down to 185 and concentrated alot on foot work which seemed to be off. Wednesday, September 3, 2008. 250 m row partner steps up on a 10" box while holding a sandbag. 3 Rounds loading around 70% to 80%. Did this one in the morning with my partner DC. Felt good and tired throughout but i was surprised i was able to do all the wallballs without breaking any sets up. Thrusters with 2x 25 lbs = 15. The workout is: - choose three of the movements do then each for one minute five times. Every round you must achieve the same amount of reps as you did in the original 30 seconds . Double unders = 40,40,40,40,40. Burpees = 13,13,13,13,13. Thrusters = 15,15,15,15,15.

Thursday, September 11, 2008. Wednesday, September 10th. Workout of the Day. 10 Back squats loading BW. 10 Bench press 75% BW. 10 Kipping pullups/20 Jumping pullups. Rest as needed between sets. This was a fun one! I did 75lbs for my squats. The first 5 of every round were ok but the last 5 were a bit more of a challenge. I did them all though so thats what matters! Bench press I used 20lbs. I originally went for the 15lbs and then changed my mind. I always seem to underestimate myself! You rock my girl!

Rowed 500m after words with a time of 143.6 seconds. After doing the mma class i did kbs for 2 minutes . Completed 64 kettle bell swings. Monday, February 25, 2008. I was very happy with the workout today . I amazingly got 2 ring dips that didn't suck : P . I got the motion down for muscle-ups so i am almost there. 12- Ab mat situps.

Wednesday, March 26, 2008. Been a while since my last post but oh well :). Hawaii is crazy it is soooo gorgeous down here i cant believe it. All I want to do is go to the beach and do crossfit, missing CrossFit Langley big time. CrossFit Maui is great awesome group of hard workers down here workouts since we have been here are. Go for a quick swim between each set. The swim was definetly the hardest no matter. Wich way you are going out or back in you are always against the tide. Backsquat = 125, 140, 168.

The box jumps were definitely the most difficult aspect of this workout for me at least. . The rowing felt nice. tough but nice. I'm trying to remember which ones I did now. I'll just write down the ones I did this week. 5 x snatch DL muscle snatch OHS b squat snatch push press. 65/75/75 but failed after two. It was cool because the last wod I posted, I only got up to 120 :) up 5 pounds, weirddddd. 7 - box jumps. Loved this metcon, did mostly butterfly kips :).
