I love this holiday and feel so fortunate to have such darling children and an awesome, loving husband to spend the weekend with! He surprised me with french toast and bacon for breakfast! Hazel and Eli gave me flowers and chocolates from Jordan's Sweet Shop. (Hazel picked specific truffles she had eyed the week before, so thoughtful of her! Mother's Day breakfast at Eli's pre-school!

She is not able to get around as easily and is more homebound, so she wasn't able to make the trip this year. We went crabbing, and even got to see two dolphins upclose, the highlight of our trip! I brought cupcakes to school for her class and then we celebrated her birthday that evening with her girlfriends! Her Lego Friends party was darling and so much fun! Thursday, June 26, 2014. Thankfully, we invited a small group of girls and every single one of them was able to come to the party on Sunday. The day of the party, Hollyn was still not feeling 100%. I can tell in her eyes when I look back at these pictures, but all of the details came together and she ended up having a really great party. Hollyn wanted an American Girl Doll Party. We had each friend bring a doll with them. The girls had a tea party and then a fashion show with their dolls.

I'm a bad blogger-I've heard it from more than a few people-but unless you have two toddler boys and you are at least 5 months pregnant, I'm not really going to feel bad (she says with extreme "blogger guilt" in her voice). That being said-here's a little update since I saw you last. It's been a fun, fast holiday season so far and we're looking forward to 2008, especially the arrival of a little girl in May!
