We took Sammie to the Denning house and then headed to Portland to catch our flight. We made it to our gate in plenty of time to grab a bite to eat (at Burgerville, which was just about right across from us! And to get our wiggles out before getting on the plane. Graham enjoyed a lot of screen time on the flight (I did have him do some reading too).

There was an empty block of land next door to us at the time, and it was very easy for the pool people to take part of the fence down, drive in, dig a hole, make a pool and fill it with water, and put the fence back up!
