The state trooper was convicted of two felony counts of reckless homicide in the deaths of Jessica and Kelli, and two felony counts of aggravated reckless driving resulting from the injuries to the other couple involved in the accident. As a result of these felony convictions he was forced to resign from his position as a state trooper and had his license revoked for 24 months. Saturday, August 22, 2015. Today marks one year from my last day of radiation. This last year has been good to me,. I have had really good days, and really terrible days (that sometimes linger into really long sad weeks). Even 1 year later I have a lot of cancer issues that will linger with me for the rest of my life. Some of the physical things I still struggle with are.
