Thursday, January 9, 2014. Feeling closer to heaven. I have so much to update about our sweet lil Beckham. I wanted to write this down though so I don't ever forget it. Today I started the Book of Mormon challenge on insta to read the bom in 365 days. It's 6am and I just got done feeding and changing Bex. We sit in his rocking chair and I ask him if he wants to read the bom with mom. He gives me the biggest gummy smile. As I read it he continues to give me big smiles. Here's a recent pic of our lil guy:).

Thursday, October 24, 2013. On Tuesday, it was another day on bed rest. I was officially at 34 weeks and feeling stoked that lil' man was still cookin'. I had a lot of things going on in my mind. Mainly fear. I wish that wasn't the case but it's true. I was super nervous and worried that something could go wrong since I still had my stitch! It's a good thing my dad was with me. He knows how to be calm and knows how to say the right things. I feel a little bad now, I think I might have scowled at him.

Sunday, July 10, 2011. After attending three different colleges, and changing my major three different times, I finally graduated! I have my bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Nutrition. Boy, it sure feels good to be finished! Graduation would not be complete without the classic picture of me throwing my cap into the air. Well, I threw my cap a little too high, and it landed on top of the Huntsman Building. Oops! Thursday, February 6, 2014. Bex is 3 months! So it's really hard for me to update my blog! When I do have a minute I'm trying to get the house chores done or figuring out dinner. Tuesday, February 5, 2013. At least once a year, I have to do a lovey dovey cheese ball blog post! On January 25th, Chris and I had our 2nd anniversary! Saturday, December 31, 2011. 2011 has already come and gone, and ohhh what an amazing year it was. Chris and I both agree that it was by far the best year of our lives. I got Lasik, going from legally blind to seeing better than perfect. Our wedding day, the most perfect day of my life so far. We went on our honeymoon to Mexico. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. So, I've decided that I need to be better at updating my blog, I want to be able to remember little things that are happening now down the road. Yesterday was the election, sadly Romney didn't win, I was really hoping that he would. BUT it's okay, everything happens for a reason, and there's no use complaining about things we can't change. Thursday, October 20, 2011. This past weekend, Chris and I went and saw the new Footloose with my parents and Cole. It was pretty dang raunchy for a PG-13, the show was fine but all the vulgar language and themes just made me like it a lot less. But anyway, that's not why I'm writing this post today. I thought everything was THE biggest deal. If something didn't go my way, it was the END of the world. I was very dramatic and probably really loud/annoying/obnoxious! I guess we'll see what the future brings.

Wednesday, October 2, 2013. My sister knew how I wanted to get maternity pictures before our little guy got here, so we had a brilliant idea. She would come over and do my hair while I lay on the couch and as Steve and I got out of the car she would snap some quick pictures. So, that's what we did. After a week of the steroid shots, bex has had hiccups multiple times a day. Hiccups are a great sign that his lungs are developing. He's still a night owl. Loves to be most active around midnight.
