The Road Less Traveled By. Sunday, February 26, 2012. Craig has had a goal to drive more than 1,000 miles in a day and this Christmas Break we did! Day 1: we went from Okemos MI (A on the map), to Cheyenne, WY (B) it was 1170 miles per google maps. We figure that since we had to make a few stops along the way we actually drove longer but 1170 is close enough. It was such a great trip to Utah that I'm going to break it up into several posts, hopefully it won't take me too long to get them all done :).

The Road Less Traveled By. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Yep we were Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Dobby the house elf for Halloween this year. James's cute little pokey out ears were the inspiration for the costume idea. You can't see it in the picture but we're all sporting S.P.E.W. pin (Society for the Protection of Elfish Welfare). The Road Less Traveled By. Wednesday, February 13, 2013. James loves story time. He even crawls over to Craig for a story when he sits in the upstairs chair. He'll lay back in my lap and settle in when I start to read to him. This is a picture of him with his favorite book I Like Bugs. He touches the pictures and helps turn the pages. The Road Less Traveled By. Wednesday, February 27, 2013. James's latest achievement is walking around with his toy walker. It's so fun to see him figure things out for himself. In this video we even got a second of his bear crawl. Currently when he want's to move quickly he crawls on his toes. Sometimes his hands can't keep up and he face plants it. Monday, June 22, 2009. My new little niece, Kyla Jayne Atwood, was born on Sunday June 14th at 4:12 pm. She weighed 6 pounds 4 ounces and was 19 inches long. I never thought I would see the day when she was here but it came. She is so much fun and I can't believe how much I love her already. What a precious baby girl! Kyla with her Grandpa Winterton. Saturday, September 26, 2009. We thought it would be funny to do a "safari" picture. Do we look sneaky? We took these at the Heber Girls Camp where my Grandma and Grandpa are serving their mission. It was great to have Craig's parents and Grandma Jo here to celebrate with us. It's strange to sum it all up with one quick ceremony. Not to say the ceremony wasn't great.
