Jill, Laney, and PJ. Sunday, December 13, 2009. I will admit there were some tense moments especially when Carrie and Jeff's walls appeared to be caving inward! The managed to save the structure though. I was a little sassy at times about the house I was working on too. What can I say. it's some serious work! Monday, December 7, 2009. Started last fall, this painting turned out to be tougher than I imaged from the original pastel sketch that inspired it:. 8220;Cosmos,” preliminary sketch, pastel on paper, 12×12. And the holidays got in the way, followed by husband’s surgeries (three) and normal life with a 10-year-old granddaughter, who lives with us, and a dog, and all the other activities that keep me away from art.
