Thursday, July 21, 2011. Today when working out at the gym this song came onto my ipod and all I could think about was my man. I did get a little embarrassed as i got a little teary eyed (dumb I know) pushed the tears away with a few blinks and kept hitting repeat for the rest of my workout. Avril Lavigne knows how to describe podiatry externships perfectly. I always needed time on my own. I never thought I'd need you there when I cry. And the days feel like years when I'm alone. I know we were, yeah.

Monday, March 14, 2011. Beckham T. Averett has ARRIVED. Koa is keeping busy and loving his new brother.sometimes a little to much. Lots of kisses, hugs and tight squeezes. It is fun to see how much he is in love already. They will for sure be best buds. I can't believe Koa number 2 is here. He looks just like Koa did when he was a bab. Monday, July 27, 2009. This past weekend we attended the Bountiful Handcart Day's parade and fair. Belle had fun riding the ponies and other carnival rides. Alison and Rich ran Handcart Day's 5k. Rich finished 3rd and Alison finished 5th in the 25-30 year old male bracket. We don't know why Ali was put into the male bracket but she did fine and would have finished 3rd in the women's. Emmy is growing up so fast, she enjoys playing with Belle and is very easy going. Rich, Ali, Belle and Emmy.
