Steve O's Crossfit Journey. My day-by-day progression towards elite fitness. After seeing the workout released on Tuesday, i knew HQ was really tring to weed off the bottom half of the rankings. This weeks workout: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:. 60 Bar facing burpees. 30 Overhead squats (120#). Looking at the numbers, the top athlete finished 2 full rounds, and the bottom half never made it to the muscle ups. And this workout did weed off a whole lot of athletes. Saturday, April 16, 2011.

Steve O's Crossfit Journey. My day-by-day progression towards elite fitness. After being sick for almost 4 days, today was my first day back into the gym. Glad today was all bodywieght movements. After a lengthy warm, we hit Angie. Did most of my pullups in sets of 10's and made it to 60. The last 40 took longer than i anticipated. Steve O's Crossfit Journey. My day-by-day progression towards elite fitness. Restarted the Wendler cycle with different numbers for my 1 rep max. The deadlifts felt great today and looking forward to the next couple of weeks of heavy lifting. 5 Rounds for time:. Steve O's Crossfit Journey. My day-by-day progression towards elite fitness. Week 6 is here and i'm glad its finally over. This weeks workout workout was a quick 7 minutes of pain. AMRAP in 7mins of:. Reps go up until 7 minutes are up, and every rep counts. This is the only workout that i didn't practice before Saturday's competition.
