I didn't get to the gym until 8 pm but I was excited and the espresso shot was working. 1x7 @ 170# (PR). Thursday, March 10, 2011. As the title gave away, my roommates and I came down with something resembling food poisoning but hit us each at different times, leading us to believe that it was a strain of the black plague. Anyways, I missed a day of work and had a lot of catching up to do yesterday. Here are my stats pre-illness. 1x1 @ 227.5# (PR). 1x1 @ 235# (PR). At the Arnold this weekend, I think I will be more careful next time. Out of everything we did, I was the MOST sore from 95# Good Mornings!

Steve O's Crossfit Journey. My day-by-day progression towards elite fitness. After seeing the workout released on Tuesday, i knew HQ was really tring to weed off the bottom half of the rankings. This weeks workout: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:. 60 Bar facing burpees. 30 Overhead squats (120#). Looking at the numbers, the top athlete finished 2 full rounds, and the bottom half never made it to the muscle ups. And this workout did weed off a whole lot of athletes. Saturday, April 16, 2011.

After a lengthy warm, we hit Angie. Did most of my pullups in sets of 10's and made it to 60. The last 40 took longer than i anticipated.
