A life wanting more……. My journey so far. Never Going Back……. August 31, 2010 in Uncategorized. So last night my PT did an interesting session with me. It was possibly the hardest session we have ever done, mentally and physically. The torture continued with star jumps, mountain climbers, spin intervals, pulsing squats and so on. To finish he put me back on the treadmill for 4 minutes at incline 15% and then every 30secs he lowered the incline. The best feeling in the world was when he took that damn ves...

This week’s Weekly Surprise has been a real struggle for me and in fact for the first time I doubt I can complete it. The whole notion of considering myself extraordinary or that I have achieved something extraordinary is not sitting well with me. It feels selfish of me to need this stuff.
