30 June, 2013. Ode to a Quiche. Well, the wine ended up getting to me, so I'm posting today. :). Yesterday was wonderful; perfect Minnesota summer day, really great wine and cooking. I was in Heaven. It's always a little bitter-sweet for me, though. I love cooking for myself, but there's a little part of me that wishes my crush was here (or better yet, that I was at his house cooking for him!
