At the moment, my thinking is that this will primarily be a diary of my Crossfit workouts, but I suspect other comments and thoughts will creep in from time to time. Thursday, 31 October 2013. 2013-10-31 - Craig - Step-ups, Burpees. 10 box step ups. 10 x 20" box step ups. That was too high for me just yet. My left hip wouldn't sit back, used to much quad and that knee wandered a lot. Having said that the gap between current state and being able to use it well is closing. That has certainly been fixed.

Thursday, 27 March 2014. 2014-03-27 - Craig - Floor press, Push-ups. 1 max Set Push-ups. 4 x 5 x 25kg. Obviously some experimenting with how you actually set- up to do these. I can fudge it now, but when they get heavier, I'll need to be able to get under the bar safely. Didn't really get the bar path right that I can see. More work to do.

Friday, 30 May 2014. 2014-05-30 - Craig - Row, Squat, Plate hold. 10 air squats to box. 30 second x 10kg plate hold overhead. Recycling an old one. 10 air squats to 20" box. 30 second x 10kg plate hold overhead. OK Getting a bit untidy, but OK. No better, no worse. Lacked oomph, but better overall than before I think. More embarrassed by the constant shuffling and dropping my head than anything. They look OK, they felt a bit shaky. I haven't done them in a while so I'm not as solid in that position as I was.

Friday, 18 July 2014. 2014-07-18 - Craig - Metcon - Plank, Swings. 30 second 16kg russian swings. Shoulders got tired after the second round of swings, must have been muscling them up.
