I can’t believe it. I have no idea where the time has gone! Well I have just about recovered from the worse case of flu I have had in a longggg time. Usually when I have a cold its not to bad and I can get out and about, but I literally could not get out of bed. Was terrible. Lasted for a fair while too! Today is Fathers day!

Just got back from the gym and I am really pleased with what I was able to do. 3 minutes on the bike. 25 sit ups on a big inflatable ball. 15 minutes on the bike.
