Joe and Amy Adoption. What We Are Up To Now. We had a fun Easter this year in Green River with Joe's family. We started with decorating easter eggs. Saturday morning we went for a little hike. The girls struggled. Ellie cried every time she got sand in her shoe, so Joe had to carry her most of the way. But it was still a good time. Next time we will wear boots! Gracie and Ellie ready to hike. Daddy trying to help Ellie up the trail. Sunday we enjoyed easter baskets and easter egg hunt. April 1, 2015.

Friday, September 21, 2012. It's been 3 weeks since we brought Ellie home and we have enjoyed every moment! She is such a blessing in our lives. She is good natured and so sweet. We love to watch her and snuggle her every chance we get. We feel so overwhelmed with gratitude of all of the love and support we have received from family and friends. Friday, October 23, 2009. Long Time No Post. Well, after a few people getting after me, I decided to update the blog. I just never know what to post. We aren't that exciting. We did a lot this summer; especially in our yard. Joe's family helped us put in a sprinkler system in our backyard and we got our fence put up. Here's some pictures. Joe has put in a lot of time. Monday, April 27, 2009. Well, I made it to 25! I think I'm getting old, but then I get out in the real world; I'm just a baby. The positive note is I can now rent a car without any penalty fees! I'm going to get right on that. :) It was fun to have lunch with Joe's parents on Saturday and then we went over to my parents yesterday to celebrate. Wednesday, February 11, 2009. Well, this is our attempt at an updated picture of us. I had to scan it so the quality isn't the greatest. We are not the most photo-genic people; but I think over all it turned out ok. I am more comfortable with my new job. It has been a rough change, but I am starting to get to know everyone and feel a part of the workplace there. I have had to take on a new role once in a while as a "triage" nurse.
