Pink Bows, Tiny Toes. And Lots of String Cheese. A picture journal of life with TWO beautiful babies. Monday, January 04, 2010. A Wonderful Christmas Season. This was probably one of the best Christmas seasons I can remember. We had lots of family around, were blessed with plenty, and our girls were old enough to feel the excitement that comes with the holidays. It's one that I'll want to remember. GGW '09 was a blast! Santa Claus visited our house! She also got a Nintendo DSi, which she loves. Sweet baby...

Pink Bows, Tiny Toes. And Lots of String Cheese. A picture journal of life with TWO beautiful babies. Sunday, November 22, 2009. Gracie had her first dance performance at the South Towne Expo Center. I was nervous about her performing because in some other "performance" type settings she has really had a hard time. Boy was I surprised! She absolutely LOVED dancing in front of the audience and was happy as a little Gracie could be the entire time! These girls are in our ward. She was so excited! Gracie tho...

Dave and Sue's Blog. The adventures of the Alexanders. Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Taytem and Rylee's Baptism. On August 31st we drove up to Boise, Idaho for Taytem and Rylee Tanner's baptism. They are daughters of our oldest, Andrea. Below is a sweet picture of the two of them before the baptism. Taytem is on the left and Rylee is on the right. We're grateful for their willingness to wear individual hair styles, or we'd never be able to tell them apart! Our group commanded three rafts total! Back Row: ...

Dave and Sue's Blog: HALLOWEEN 2012
http://alexandw.blogspot.com/2012/11/halloween-2012.html
Dave and Sue's Blog. The adventures of the Alexanders. Friday, November 2, 2012. It's amazing to us how much the celebrations of Halloween have changed since we were kids. It's certainly fun for the kids, but don't you think that it's really gotten a little out of hand! It's surprising how much money is spent on this holiday that's based on demons and devils. I heard a news report that approximately sixty dollars is spent, per child in total each year. That's crazy if you ask me! Dave and Sue's Blog.

Dave and Sue's Blog. The adventures of the Alexanders. Sunday, July 8, 2012. When we were kids, we got together at grandma and grandpa Harris' farm in the summer, and had close relationships. Many of us were pen-pals and stayed in touch through high school, but as the years have passed, it's been harder to keep the ties strong. This was a great opportunity to catch up with each other! Everyone who came is in the picture above. Here are the cousins with their spouses. I've got to get the recipe! We were r...

Dave and Sue's Blog. The adventures of the Alexanders. Saturday, October 20, 2012. We learned that PEI is a seasonal place though. We were there the middle of October, and almost all of the restaurants and shops were closed in the coastal villages. We were told that come labor day, everything closes down, and the snowbirds leave. Here I am in front of the Green Gables house. We learned a lot about LM Montgomery, the author of the famous Ann Shirley book. We enjoyed our time in Canada. Dave and Sue's Blog.
