Nolan&Erica: June 2011
http://encarlile.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 6, 2011. This weekend we went camping with our friends Brad and Krissy. And let me say if there is any baby that I would camp with it is Owen (Brad and Krissy's little boy.) He didn't cry at all! It was amazing. The camping trip was fun, however I am terrified of bears. Needless to say, nothing happened and we were not attacked by bears. Some things that DID happen though:. 1 The night we got there it was snowing. Yes SNOWING. I was not happy. Why would you tell me that Mr. Park Ranger?

THE ITRI FAMILY: Love me some turkey
http://theitris.blogspot.com/2014/12/love-me-some-turkey.html
A happy family, is but an earlier Heaven. Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Love me some turkey. This year, Kelsey and Dan hosted Thanksgiving at their house. They did an amazing job at hosting everyone from the fabulous decorations, to the impressive dining scene to the delicious turkeys and activities for the small kids. It was a really well thought out day and a wonderful holiday. Okay back to Thanksgiving afternoon. This was our first year attempting deep fried turkey. The men handled this one. It was a pe...

Friday, May 15, 2015. I seriously love notes, especially love notes. This one was hilarious and unique and especially designed with our relationship in mind. I wasn't planning on sharing the whole thing to keep his gesture nice and personal, but this way I'll be more likely to read it again and smile when I read my blog. I was just released from my calling in Primary so I got to spend a kid-free Sunday School lesson giggling with Brian at Church. We're both so impressed and relieved that Scarlett LOV...

We went to a fall Halloween Pensylvania colonial 1820's thing over at Ridley Park with the kids at the Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation. By Ridley Park. They wore their costumes from last year and were able to celebrate Halloween old school style. Here they are all dressed up in some of their old costumes for the event. After everybody was ready we drove over. We went into the servants...

The Brandleys: 11.2014
http://thebrandleys.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
We have had such a fun month learning about Thanksgiving! I wasn't super great at taking pictures of everything we did. Here are a few of the things I did remember to take pictures of! This was a fun game! Avery loves the game Cooties, so I knew she'd enjoy this. I love her finished turkey! This was a on-going activity. We first talked about the Pilgrims and put them at our Thanksgiving table. The next week we talked about the Indians and added them to our table. Our toilet paper rolls people. If I had t...

Natalie &Family: My Posterity Doubled
http://nataliedgreen.blogspot.com/2015/08/my-posterity-doubled.html
Monday, August 17, 2015. As every first time mom, I worry. I worry about when my kid is supposed. To be potty trained, supposed. To be out of a crib, supposed. To still nap, supposed. To go to bed at night, supposed. Alice basically always goes with the flow. Letting Scar run loose at Build-A-Bear. On a happier, more selfish note, I feel as though I my mom-hood and Natalie-ness have found common ground. I love the challenges I face daily (and nightly! These tasks are a big deal when I have to sit and bre...

Natalie &Family: July 2015
http://nataliedgreen.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 25, 2015. Lake MacBride and Nauvoo. Wednesday, July 15, 2015. We're on a tight schedule 'round here, run by two little people who weigh less than 30 lbs. Scarlett just woke me up from her (MY) nap, and I have a spare minute to get my loose thoughts down on paper, er. published online. 1 New tiny, screechy human who takes most of mom's attention. 2 Move to a new house. 3 Visit from scary Grandma (haha! She tolerated her toward the end of the visit). 5 No more Binky! That evening we went to ...

Natalie &Family: August 2015
http://nataliedgreen.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 29, 2015. Scarlett is obsessed with birthdays, so we all wore the traditional party hats and blew out candles on top of some zucchini bread I had made earlier that week. Still delicious. Dad opened a present from Scarlett filled with peanut butter M&M's. Scarlett made this little celebration so fun, Brian mentioned he can't wait for Christmas. Kids are magical, because let's be honest, the parties I throw are laaaaaame. I just made it up- like cat calls but for babies). Growing up, you k...

THE ITRI FAMILY: April 2013
http://theitris.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
A happy family, is but an earlier Heaven. Tuesday, April 2, 2013. How we spent our Easter. I say this every year, but I love Easter, and I was so so happy that we had a warm Easter this year since the weather here has been so bi-polar lately. Just the fact that it was warm outside was fantastic. The kids woke up to their Easter baskets waiting for them on the kitchen table in the morning:. Jake had already climbed on the table and opened his up before I could get a picture of him holding his basket. ...

Nolan&Erica: Ch-Ch-Changes...
http://encarlile.blogspot.com/2012/05/ch-ch-changes.html
Wednesday, May 2, 2012. So a few weeks ago my car died (as posted in the previous post.) Well we finally got a new car! We waited literally weeks for it (which was extremely annoying! But we got it FINALLY! It is a 2008 Ford Escape. Here it is:. So yeah pretty cool! Another change for me is I cut about 10 inches or hair off! Ok, this next thing is going to sound braggy, I know, but I just HAVE to write it on here because I am so proud of myself. I can finally fit in to my size 4 (yes FOUR! But we have, a...
