Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Father's day preparations were in full swing, stealth-mode style early Saturday morning when the little blonde one woke up. Daddy stayed in bed, so I seized the moment, after some snuggles and Cheerios on the couch. We headed out onto the front porch (before 8:00 am! Later, when Joel got up, he went into KJ's room to find us. Keira, proud as punch yells, "I colored your card, Daddy! Keira, don't tell him, it's a secret for Father's Day tomorrow! Other days they just make me crazy, as in lost my marbles! Enjoy the cute with me a moment will you? Oh, I almost forgot, Maisie got the "all clear" today at the follow up visit! No blood in her stool, ears look gorgeous and her lungs are clear, she is back to her happy, SUPER smiley, thriving little self!

Friday, October 28, 2011. Well Hello There Baby. Maisie was born peacefully at home on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 7:13pm. She was 8lbs 4ozs and 21 inches long with APGAR scores of 9/9. Mama is doing exceptionally well and so is Maisie, we are so happy to have her here.FINALLY! Her middle name Dorothea, is after Meghan's grandmother Dorothea Loretta,.
