Tuesday, April 7, 2009. Save the date's are finally here! Although if you haven't gotten the magnet you probably don't even know this page exists. I'm pretty sure I'm writing to myself at this point! Anyway, my parents and sister and nephews(aka my 2 of 4 fav. kids in the world) are coming in next week so we can buy my dress. I'm getting a little anxious about that part. It's such a huge decision and I really want it to be amazing! Well that's about all in the world of wedding planning.

Sunday, April 26, 2009. The dress is mine :). Just wanted to announce that I've bought my dress! So it's past the 6 month mark and going by fast. Before I know it I'll be walking down the isle to John.oh I just can't wait! Also wanted to add that a few people have mentioned flying into New Orleans and spending a night there. If you've never been to NOLA I think it's a great idea! Especially if you aren't bringing kids, you should spend a night on Bourbon! Just be sure to make it to the wedding!

Saturday, October 3, 2009. Just got back from NYC. What an incredible trip. I did not want to leave. We managed to do almost everything in 9 days. The pictures can be found here. Shane taught me everything there is to know about my pistol and I think the guys were impressed that I didn't require any of their help throughout the day. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Instead of going to a parade or doing the typical Mardi Gras activities yesterday, we choose to boil crawfish. Yum.
