Before yesterday, I'd have thought finding a dead body in a vacant lot would be much more likely than seeing a sober man taking a piss on a major street corner in the middle of the day. There is a fire truck directly outside of my balcony with its ladder up to the roof of a non-smoky building across the street, and they did the exact same thing just a few weeks ago at 3 AM.
