At the end of 2006 I started in Diever, Drenthe with 5 other enthousiasts on a selfmade trail that would lead us to Emmen in the same province in the North of Holland. A little after mid-day, we bought the last supplies that would almost last us until the end of the trail, to be reached approx. three nights later. Wednesday, January 03, 2007. Arriving in Bangkok after a long trip is quite nice, but a little stressful to the nerves as total anarchy is practiced when it comes to traffic. A lot of people tried to convince me I really, really had to buy their stuff or go to their hotel! Doing full salute, in the middle of the most traffic blocked street ever! So, the bus trip to Koh Samui was not the most pleasant...
