Some of these pictures are from when the whole clan was here for the reunion, others are just around Jon's parent's house where we are staying. :). Picking snails off of the headstone in a historical graveyard. Did you know that the Halifax harbour was the first to respond to the Titanic's SOS call? In fact, the bodies of those whose families weren't wealthy enough to have them shipped home are buried in Halifax cemeteries. Such a beautiful place!

In 7 months I'll be holding a beautiful baby in my arms. and whining about the pain of breastfeeding or the taxing hours of dealing with a fussy baby. Overall I've realized that motherhood, as beautiful as it is, is really quite ugly. It's super hard on your body and soul. But one day I'll be craving these early days again, right? I'll wish for these days back?

Tuesday, November 13, 2012. I made the kids' Halloween costumes this year. Ethan's took HOURS but turned out just awesome! I made them super durable so he could wear it everyday around the house. These are both the same view from my bedroom window only 3 days apart. The weather sure changed fast here. On Veteran's Day I made jagerschnitzel, the only German dish I know how to make. After removing the offended sheets, not two hours later, while changing her she peed all over the changin table and every article associated therewith. While being babysat by our friends, the Barkers, she peed all over Aubree when Aubree was changing her. At home again, she decided to throw up all over our bed. A few hours later on campus she threw up on me. Between campus and home she peed all over her car seat.

It was slightly overcast but warm. We all had a great time. This past weekend, we went to Red Rock Canyon, it was a really fun trip! We hiked around and enjoyed the mild weather!
