Tuesday, August 14, 2012. They asked us to put our house on the market and get out of town as quickly as we can! I left out most of the details just to prevent confusion, but I am absoultely willing to share or explain anything. But the bottom line is that we are moving.to Houston. We love the redemptive work that God is doing there. We love that it's a city full of possibilities that we will get to see become realities. Friday, August 10, 2012. Tuesday, October 30, 2012. My mom and I took LJ to the beach last week. It was so fun! She was pretty apprehensive at first, but after she warmed up, we had so much fun playing "chase" with the waves and building sand castles. The beach was almost totally empty because we went on a weekday at the end of October, but it was 85 degrees. Perfect! Here are a few photos from our "adventure.". Walking to the beach with Grammie. Grammie was making her LAUGH! So proud of our a-b-c-d's for Daddy.

Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Landry was slightly interested in candy, but she was really focused on finding Woody, who she saw out the window while we were having dinner on Halloween. We dressed her up, braided her hair (! Grabbed a bag, and went on a Woody hunt. We didn't find him, but when she realized that the candy that she collected was to be eaten, she was okay. Strider slept through the experience (my mom was here to watch him), but when he woke up he dressed up too! It was really cool.
