A Collection of Recipes. January 17, 2011. Makes more than 3 dozen cookies. 4 tbsp baking cocoa. 1/2 cup butter or margerine. 3 cups instant oatmeal. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional). Mix together sugar, cocoa, butter, salt and milk. Boil for 1 1/2 minute and remove from heat. Quickly stir in all remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto wax paper. Allow them to cool at least 30 minutes before serving. Pineapple almond tea cake. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon and put into ungreased 10 inch pie plate. Mix the rest of the ingredients, adding eggs one at a time, then add melted butter. Spread the batter on top of apples.
