Saturday, June 13, 2009. Hannah turns 18 and the youth group throws her a party. Hannah at her 18th party. Some youth stayed at the church to "delay" Hannah. While others were at our house getting ready to surprise her. She wasn't surprised, but at least they had fun trying to surprise her. Here are a few youth who were present. One custom they have for the birthday person is to get their face pushed into the frosting of the cake. At least she didn't get an egg cracked on her head! Jon and Julie Stilwell.

Monday, April 19, 2010. Trip to Alton, IL. Sign of spring. I like dandelions, even if they are considered a weed. A visit to the cemetary where Jon's grandpa is buried. We drove through Amish country. I know they don't like us taking their photos. Hannibal, MO, the home of Mark Twain. We looked around at the town. Ferry on the Mississippi River. Michael driving the boat. Jon and Sarah on the pontoon boat. We stayed here over the weekend. Even the dog enjoys the ride. Luke and Blake on the paddle boat.
