Thursday, July 31, 2014. Jared's 1st day of Kindergarten. Jared and Cam went and got nice haircuts before Jared started school. They love to get haircuts and I am not sure why. They love this place because they always get a bouncy ball after for being so good. I am not sure if it was a good thing or bad idea to have Jeff come with me to drop Jared off for his first day. Wednesday, August 20, 2014. We are so excited to have a baby girl coming to our family January 13th. When we went to the ultrasound to find out the gender Jared said he wanted a baby sister and Cam wanted his own little brother. Well, Cam was almost in tears when the tech told us the news. Sunday, June 30, 2013. Cam went to his first movie with the family! He was so well behaved and enjoyed it! We had to tell him to whisper over and over because he kept asking questions a little too loud. It was cute though. By the way, this movie was great! Sunday, October 7, 2012. We spent a week in Placerville and loved every moment of it! It makes me want to move there every time I go back to visit! I love all the trees and the small town feel. It is also nice to be close to family. Little Jared had such a hard time leaving his Nana and Papa's house this time. There were many tears shed saying goodbyes. Sunday, June 30, 2013. Shalayne came into town with her soccer team to play at the Casa Grande sports complex. They invited me to play on the team. I had so much fun even though it was so hot and they played me the whole game. I think it was at least 110 degrees outside while we were playing. It was fun to have an excellent coach leading and talented girls to play with. Thanks Shalayne! Ps I am so deathly sore today! It has been a while since I have been beat up on a soccer field. Friday, June 21, 2013. The kids had their first week of swim lessons and loved it! The session lasts 2 weeks and his teacher already said he can move up a level. It is amazing what Jared can do when he is trying to impress a cool teacher. Cam is funny because when the teacher asks the kids to put their chin in the water while sitting on the stairs, all the kids bend over and timidly put their chin in and Cam's whole head is in the water.
