http://pattersontl.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 19, 2013. We welcomed Ezra Joseph Patterson to the world on January 7th, 2013! He was born at 3:46 pm, weighing 6 lbs 14 oz. Here are a bunch of pictures and if you want to know the birth story, it'll be at the end. I know some people like to read birth stories, but I am writing this mostly for myself, so it will be very detailed. Sorry if you were looking for a quick read! I panicked a little because Tom wasn't there but he walked in about a minute later. Learning to breastfeed has def...

The Patterson Pair: September 2013
http://pattersontl.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 20, 2013. Ezra at 8 months (September 7th). This month we moved to another apartment (we like it better and it's cheaper, although it's in the same complex) and made another trip to Pendleton to meet Uncle Kody (my brother) for the first time. Kody has been in Africa for 3 1/2 years and came home to visit for a while. I was scared to drive 8 1/2 hours straight alone with a baby, but he was an angel! It was pretty much like driving by myself. At 8 months:. He got his two top teeth. There...

The Patterson Pair: March 2013
http://pattersontl.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 29, 2013. I have been trying my best to take some good pictures of Ezra that are frameworthy. Too bad I am terrible at it. I really need to take the time to learn how to use my camera. So, my friend Corinne agreed to take some pictures for us at a very good price! And I LOVE them. Without further ado, some gorgeous pictures of our precious boy at 2 1/2 months old:. The Patterson Pair: November 2012
http://pattersontl.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 12, 2012. Size of the Baby:. I've gained about 20 pounds total. I wake up coughing from acid every time I sleep, which often leads to throwing up. Fun. Best Moment of the Week:. Suprise baby shower by the in-laws. So sweet! He still moves a lot, though now it's more controlled. He sticks his feet out until I think he's going to rip right through my belly. I'm sticking his feet back in regularly. Milk Usually nothing really sounds good. I have been wanting mashed potatoes lately. More of ...

Thursday, September 27, 2012. After we got back from Australia, we moved to Raliegh, North Carolina to work for the summer. Tom became a door-to-door salesman for Moxie Pest Control and I worked as one of many secretaries in the office. North Carolina was a great experience and we loved the people we worked with, including our boss! Most of the Moxie crew at Chase's Surprise B-Day Party. Myrtle Beach, which was AWESOME! Visiting Mariah and Sam in Savannah, Georgia. Loved it. Thursday, September 20, 2012.

Sunday, November 10, 2013. Ezra at 10 months. I can't believe he is ten months old. That means he's almost a year! A look at the past month:. Junk food (suckers, cookies, etc.). Bananas, strawberries, Cheerios, chicken nuggets, and Sloppy Joes (things I have found he'll eat more than a couple bites of). Other babies and kids. Which I actually love, too. He wears himself out and no more crying because I leave the room! Baths with his bath toys, especially his little red boat. Carrying things in his mouth.

Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Ezra is 12 months. Happy Birthday, Buddy! Believe it has been a year since Ezra came into this world. This has been the hardest, most wonderful, most unique experience of my life. This little boy has brought a level of love into our home that I didn't know could exist. Drinking from mommy's water bottle. Drinking from anything that resembles a cup. Hanging out with kids. Copying what mommy and daddy do. Playing "hand soccer.". Being tired (what a surprise). Ezra at 11 Months.

The Patterson Pair: May 2013
http://pattersontl.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 29, 2013. This last month has been a big one for Ezra. A lot of changing and growing! He likes to grab his feet when we change his diaper/give him a bath. He is eating solids! We tried rice cereal a few times and he just spit it out. We gave him mashed potatoes which he actually fed himself, though most of it ended up in his lap. So we've started spoon feeding pureed veggies and he does great at it! He went swimming for the first time and LOVED every second! He LOVES to smile! At his 4 mon...

Thursday, October 17, 2013. Ezra at 9 months. A look at Ezra this past month. Weight: 17.8 lbs (15th percentile). Height: 26.9" (5th percentile). Head circumference: 17.75" (50th percentile). Fruit (especially strawberries and bananas), sweet stuff, and food in general. He's kind of over the whole puree thing. New people and new things. Getting up on hands and knees/feet and scooting a little. His mommy. We've got a mama's boy. Baby Einstein. It's my saving grace. Putting everything in his mouth.

The Patterson Pair: September 2011

Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Don't have photos from past events to put up, but here's what we did this weekend! We hiked Table Rock- 14 miles! It was hard, but very pretty and rewarding! If you consider sore muscles and blisters a reward). Promptly after, I was stung twice in the ankle by a wasp. On the couch. This picture is from TWO DAYS LATER! I think I've developed an allergy or elephantiasis (known as elephantitis). It looks like my modeling career is shot. And I had just begun. Yours truly, jordan.
