Writer, Editor and Digital Creator. I am a technical writer, digital creator, and editor. I care a lot about what I do, who I work with, and what I create. I value hard work on tough problems and for great causes. I write, edit, take pictures, manage media, make lists, and want to do more. I am always looking for opportunities to put my skills and education to great use. Contact me: jonroberts300@gmail.com. How I spend my working time. And my playing time. I hike, cave, and paddle all around the Southeast.

I’m happy to release Dunkard Bottom. The sequel to Permelia Lyttle’s Guide to the End of the World. Writing book-length fiction always takes longer than one thinks, and you never feel like it’s finished. However, at some point one has to make way for new thinking, new themes, and new characters. I appreciate the scattered souls who encouraged me to write these books, and as I move on to a new story obsession, I leave Luray and Abigail Flitch (and Jason, left) to fend for themselves. 8212; Amazon.com.

This is a piece that I am using as a practice project, to learn some old-school sculpture techniques,. Using some old-school tools. I never really learned any traditional sculpture or modeling techniques, and as I get. Older, I see my self-taught habits hurting my work. Ishmael is an attempt to force myself to learn some discipline, as far as craft and technique go,. And make some forward progress, now that school is over and (for the time being), the day job takes precedent over the art job.
