She also has been doing her own nails. She is actually quite good considering her age. She doesn't paint her hands or fingers. Here she is at it. And her toes. She even picked out the color. Kacey and Jordan and Caitlyn and Gavin. Monday, July 22, 2013. We're obviously totally terrible at blogging. Here's the pictures to catch up. We had a decent amount of snow this winter:. May 17th, Gavin Elijah was born, at a whopping 8 lbs, 7 oz. Kacey's labor was about 5 hours, which gave us time to get to know him before bed, and to get me to work the next day. We got a chance to spend some time with some friends from college at the Zoo in St. Louis. The new sea lion enclosure is pretty cool.

Kacey and Jordan and Caitlyn and Gavin. Monday, October 31, 2011. So we had a great Halloween. Caitlyn had trouble deciding what she wanted to be until we were at the store. She didn't even pick out any of the things she told me she wanted to be (a witch, a princess or a pirate). So she was Tinkerbell. Isn't she cute? Caitlyn started her day a daycare where we left her costume since they were going to have a Halloween party. Our leaders are making arrangements to come back at Christmas for caroling.

She has been asking for a Barbie birthday, so that's what we did. My house was decorated in black and pink. She was so excited. It took me most of the morning but I made a Barbie cake. When we get home and I get out she climbs from her seat into mine and drives. She turns the steering wheel, hits the buttons on the radio, turns on the turn signal and messes with the kid mirror. She's only honked the horn once, it really scared her. And now the random photos. Our Valentine's day dinner. Yes I know it's silly but it was good.

When his knees are locked out, his weight on the braces keep them from bending at the knees so easily. Once he learns how to work them, it will be easier to walk.
