Want to be a Contributor? 8 cups peeled, chopped zucchini. 2/3 cup lemon juice. 1 cup white sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 4 cups all-purpose flour. 2 cups white sugar. 1 1/2 cups butter, chilled. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden. Serve warm or cold. 8 ounces whole-wheat rotini or fusilli. 1 onion, chopped.
