Friday, March 9, 2012. I love going to the Oakland Zoo with the kids. It is the perfect {small} size of zoo and still has all of the animals a kid would want to see. You can rush through the whole zoo in an hour! Or, just take your time and spend 3-4 hours there like we did today. We didn't have any plans, but my friend Kristina invited us, and we always have fun with her and her kids. Friday, August 24, 2012. For some reason I can never get used to saying "Legit". It just doesn't flow naturally from my lips. Yet another year and another awesomely entertaining performance from our girls. You just had to be there. If you weren't able to be there, here are their video performances! You can thank me later for the laughter you will be experiencing. I am so glad our children make me smile. :). This years theme was Totally 80's. Next up, Kadie's performance with the other 4th and 5th graders.
