Tuesday, December 3, 2013. Spinach and bacon quiche. 1 puff pastry sheet - line round pan. 2 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled. Salt and pepper to taste. You can layer or combine all ingredients and pour into pan lined w/ the sheet. Brush sheet with a little egg wash. Bake at 400 for about 35-40 minutes. My family LOVED it, and it's so easy.
