Stir in: 2 tsp coconut flavoring. Combine: 2 cup sugar 1 cup oil. Add 1/2 tsp soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Add alternately: 3 cups flour. 1 cups buttermilk, add 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped nuts.
