I believe this is a mother, father and 4 chicks (I say that because I saw them weeks earlier when 4 of them were smaller than the other two). Temple of Sinawava - ZION NATIONAL PARK (05/2011). This is a magnificent stroll for about a mile or so down the Virgin River in Zion National Park. The hike takes you to the Narrows, which, unfortunately, were closed because the river was too high and the current was too swift. Click on photos to enlarge.). Bristlecone Pine Trees at Cedar Breaks (Utah). I thought that I was a seasoned hiker (I am not), and that I could easily do a strenuous hike uphill to 10,000 feet (I was unqualified!
