Wednesday, April 9, 2014. 32 Day Commitment - Five a Day. My 32 Day Commitment is to eat a minimum of five fruits and/or vegetables a day. In my quest for better health I believe this will contribute greatly to that quest. The below plan of action will keep me on course:. 1 I will eat a piece of fruit at breakfast. 2 I will eat a piece of fruit or cut up vegetables as a mid morning snack. 3 I will eat a piece of fruit or vegetable at lunch. 4 I will have a mid afternoon snack of a fruit or vegetable.
