Just another WordPress.com weblog. 10월 14, 2009. 파트러 후보에 대한 평가에 있어 평가요소에 대한 사실보다 피평가자에 대해서 갖고 있는 호의적 또는 비호의적 인상이나 그의 특정 요소(학연,지연,혈연 등)로 부터 받은 인상이 평가로 이어져 평가의 객관성을 잃어버리는 현상을 말함. 이를 방지하기 위해선 감정, 선입견, 편경을 제거함은 물론 일시에 전체적인 평가를 하지 않고 평가요소마다 분석하고 검토한 후에 종합평가하는 것이 바람직 함. 평가자 개인감정에 의해 파트너 후보에 대한 평가가 실제보다 좋게 평가되는 경향으로서 이는 분부/팀간의 인사상의 경쟁, 관찰부족 등을 원인으로 들 수 있음. 이러한 경향을 방지하기 위해서는 사적인 감정을 배제한 후 사실에 의한 근거하에 평가자 나름대로 파느터후보들을 A,B,C등으로 그룹화하는 것도 좋은 방법 중 하나임. 시련은 있어도 실패는 없다. 송희립: 임진...
