She also gave us a demonstration on using spray paint and stencils. We were able to spray paint some of our pages. I immediately bought some spray paint when I returned home and have been practicing. Hot obviously gives more flavor you can do mild though. I usually buy a bottle of jalapeno and dice them myself and do about half the jar cause we like flavor). Most of a bottle of La Victoria Green taco sauce. 1 cup or so of water. Corn Tortillas ( I warm them in oil on the stove top). Shredded pork (from above). 4 ounces sour cream.

My new life
The journey and struggles of losing weight before and after gastric bypass surgery. Highest weight = 399 Weight surgery day = 366 Surgery date = June 4, 2010. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Next week Matt goes to his pain clinic for the consult. We will see how this goes. He has had 2 neck surgeries and STILL has the same pain he had before. We're hoping they can help him some.
