It's been a little while. I had my 1 month post op appointment this morning. I am now officially OFF puree foods and on to the mashed foods. I am down to 336! I have been taking a muscle relaxer before my rides everyday, until today. I only made it a total of 2 miles out before my knees and thighs started cramping. It's been a while. Seems like just yesterday I was in the hospital giving birth. Tuesday while I was at appointments, Matt and Jayda went for a 9 mile ride. Wednesday we rode about 5.5 miles as a family. Thursday was 7 miles as a family. Friday was only about 6 miles. Today was a whopping 17 miles! View my complete profile.

Sunday, 17 May 2015. The Re-Purchased Product: Body Shop Cleansing Butter. I'm not really one for re-purchasing the same product, and tend to try different products all the time. I'm not sure if that's because I don't absolutely love the products that I try, or if it's just the fact I get bored of products very quickly. Either way, it's very unlikely of me to ever buy the same product again. The only down side I suppose is how quickly I got through this! It's £12 from The Body Shop. You can find it HERE.
