Challenge, but, as is my wont, I was utterly unable to complete it on time. Other authors have explored River's state of mind after. And, frankly, done it better than I could do, but the brief look we saw of her hospital room, and my own affinity for sunlight combined to spark this. One note: the line River murmurs is from Leonard Cohen's transcendentally beautiful.
