The Ostrand's served as missionaries with All Nations in Cape Town. South Africa from 2010-2015. Karl's focus was reaching kids through a soccer academy program. Julie's passion was working with women from under-resourced communities on job skills and creating small businesses. She is still involved with the two businesses she helped start ( Beautiful Changes. Is a wall stencil service and EmpowerAMom.com. Is a sewing business that sells fun products online).
