Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness has never danced in the rain! Monday, May 30, 2011. Is a really long time for a bunch of stuff to happen! I've had a semi-broken camera so these pictures are all my mom's. We spent a weekend with Emily and Annie, we've been putting our sweat and tears into the kitchen, and finishing school! Now I have EFY (yay! And then we'll be off to California, to hopefully get some sunshine! Its been like ALMOST 5 months actually.haha oh well:) I cant wait to seeeee you!

Sunday, January 23, 2011. We had him really bundled up for the trip and he slept most of the sleigh ride. Here are the horses that pulled our sleigh to take us out to see the elk which we got really close to. Here are pictures of all the elk and look how close we were to them. The fruits, the vegetables, the picnics, the fireworks, the weather, the beach; it's all beyond great. This meal was our nod to summer: light, meatless, refreshing, and under the stars. Mozzarella and Pesto Stuffed Tomotoes. 1 ½ cups diced mozzarella. 190; cup pesto. 2 lbs (aprox. 20) Campari tomatoes. Watermelon and Kiwi with Strawberry Cream. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup Low fat cream cheese.
