I've been using My Fitness Pal for a month now, and let me tell you about the difference it has made! I've lost 5 pounds. I have been trying to lose that same 5 pounds for 9 months. Who knew it was my diet? I workout 4-6 times a week and wasn't losing any weight. Running and body weight exercises were doing nothing for me on the scale. His, Mine and Ours.

I'm too cool enjoying this nice January weather! Monday (Tuesday) Check In. I ran 3 miles last night and it felt pretty good (the 65 degree weather might have helped too).
