Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Like a duck to water. I wasn't given my first bite of chocolate, much less an Oreo, until I was 4 years old. Thomas got his today, he's two. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. This past weekend I headed down to Atmore, AL with a car full of some of my dearest friends to celebrate Kristin's birthday. I came back realizing a few things:. 1 I have one of the greatest group of friends ever. Cheesy, but true. 2 I cannot hang like I did when I was in my twenties. It is Tuesday evening and I am finally feeling good again. I've known this fact for quite some time, but the realization really set in this weekend. Kristin opening up the scrapbook we gave her.

Sunday, February 21, 2010. Just a few things I love from this weekend. 1 The 2010 Winter Olympics. 2 Shaun White, Lindsey Vonn. Ono just to name a few. Blue jean pants the snowboarders get wear. They do crazy tricks and get to listen to their Ipods. 5 That Kelly Clark was busted singing to herself as she was mentally preparing before her turn to compete. It wasn't pretty- the singing, that is. 6 The medal ceremonies. It gets me every time. 8 That no one else freaked out or threw up too after Thomas puked.

Thursday, April 8, 2010. We had a really busy but fun Easter weekend. It started on Friday with a trip to the Botanical Gardens with Katie and Thomas. I wanted to take pictures of Anna Claire in her Easter dress before Easter because Sunday mornings are typically crazy at our house. I figured the Gardens would be a great place to do this! Here are a few pics from our trip:. We pulled up and I immediately noticed that they were dressed alike.with no planning! What are the odds? Sweet, sleepy girls.

Monday, July 6, 2009. We had a great 4th of July! Our Saturday was spent enjoying some precious family time. We put Anna Claire outside in her Bumbo seat and let her go to town on some watermelon. She LOVED it. The child was covered in watermelon juice. After 3 rounds of it I figured that might be enough so we stripped her down and let her skinny dip in her pool! She loves the water and really loves to be splashed. We start a Waterbabies class in a few weeks and I think she's really going to enjoy it!

Ok, so I don't even know if anyone reads this blog since I'm not in Kosovo, but I wanted to let you know that Gabe and I are going on a trip with Church of the Apostles to Guatemala!
