Katie Jeffries spent her childhood in England, attended Eastborne Art College, and apprenticed at the London College of Printing. She then worked as a graphic artist in screen-printing, while attending fine. Arts and graphics courses at local colleges. Katie moved with her husband and children to Vancouver, British Columbia, in 1989, and continued to develop her artistic capabilities, raise her family, and work as a graphic artist. In 2005 she began devoting all her energy to painting.
